Scenarios: Shoe Autopsy
Another second year brief. We were asked to carry out a 'shoe autopsy' illustrating it for an article on how the British shoe industry is in decline. The aim was to illustrate using various experimental techniques at a large scale (A2 and A1 size) before photographing our final pieces.
Scenarios: "Today's Homes"
Brief: “Getting to know your source material - a series of studies exploring a range of approaches and
media. You are to produce 4 illustrations where you interpret the collection in front of you triggered/
in response to the words: psychotic, unrestrained, innocent and feral. You must produce 2 pieces in
landscape and 2 in portrait from the 4 formats.”
We were presented with a collection of household items in which to work from and naturally, for my finals I focused on the stuffed goose!
